Attorney Heather Tremain focuses solely on Trust and Estate Planning, which includes preparation of wills and living trusts, powers of attorney for financial management, and Advance Health Care Directives. Her mission is to provide high quality legal services to help clients and their loved ones to either avoid or navigate court supervised proceedings. Attorney Heather Tremain was a Legal Specialist in Trusts, Estate Planning and Probate Law, certified by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization from 2004-2009. She founded her firm in January of 2000. Attorney Tremain provides high quality legal services to clients who seek peace of mind and probate avoidance. She assists families before and after the loss of a loved one.

She graduated with honors from Georgetown Law Center, attended her final year of law school as a visiting scholar at Boalt Hall, U.C. Berkeley, in 1998 and is currently admitted to practice law before the California Superior and Supreme Court as well as the U.S. District Court, Northern District. She is a member of the Trust and Estates Section of the State Bar of California.
